When you purchase PagePerson Insights, we collect:

Email address: Used to deliver your license key and send renewal reminders
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details
License activation count: To enforce license limits per tier

2. What We Do NOT Collect

PagePerson Insights is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do NOT collect:

Content of webpages you analyze
Your browsing history
Analysis results or scores
Screenshots or comparison images you generate
Usage analytics or telemetry
Any data from the Chrome extension

3. Local AI Processing

The AI model used by PagePerson Insights runs entirely within your browser. When you install the extension, it downloads a language model that processes content locally. No webpage content is ever sent to our servers or any third-party service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address to:

Send your license key after purchase
Send license renewal reminders (approximately 30 days before expiration)
Respond to support requests

We will never sell your email address or use it for marketing purposes beyond license-related communications.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your purchase information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use:

Stripe: For secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
MongoDB Atlas: For secure license storage (encrypted at rest)
