By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using PagePerson Insights ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the license term (one year from purchase date) on the number of devices specified by your license tier:

All purchases are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us at support@pageperson.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. License Renewal

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After expiration, the Software will continue to function, but you will not receive updates or new features. You may renew your license at any time.

6. Updates and Support

During your license term, you will receive all Software updates at no additional cost. Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
